VILLA RENTAL RATES 2008/09

See below for vacation rental rates for the year 2008/09 as well as special discounts for last minute bookings.

All prices are in Euro per week.

2007/08 RENTAL RATES
LOW SEASON
1st Nov through to 31st Mar.
	Euro 600 / week
MID SEASON
1st Apr to end of Jun, Sept to end of Oct
	Euro 700 / week
HIGH SEASON
July and Aug,
	Euro 1000 / week
Rates include: all taxes, electricity and water .  Rates do not include: Independent heating (when necessary) and telephone. (Linen) a €15 charge per person per week for cleaning. Heating will be charged at €20 per day during the low season. Refundable security deposit: 400 Euro. Additional charge for each extra bed (exceeding 6): € 100 / week. 1 baby cots and 1 high chair available on request, free of charge. Pets are not permitted .
